Overview:

The English Academic Team Supervisor for the English Academic Team oversees teaching activities and ensuring high standards of education at the center. Daily responsibilities include monitoring teaching work, handling violations, managing input and periodic testing, and promoting student re-enrollment. Weekly tasks focus on evaluating teachers, addressing labor relations, and supporting the resolution of feedback related to teaching quality. Monthly duties involve assessing student progress, preparing reports for management, organizing teaching schedules based on effectiveness, and supervising staff work schedules. The role also includes promoting extracurricular activities for students and participating in staff evaluations to ensure the overall success of the learning environment.

Gross salary:

From 12 mil or more

Age:

From 26 ys – 45 ys

Daily:

· Monitor teaching work

· Supervise teaching activities at the Centre

· Monitor and handle violations of behavior and teaching at the Centre

· Manage input testing, periodic testing, program distribution, lesson information and competency assessment exams.

· Monitor the learning process, monitor and promote re-enrollment at the facility

Weekly:

· Evaluate teachers periodically

· Handle labor relations with teachers.

· Receive and support the resolution of feedback related to teaching quality.

Monthly:

· Evaluate the progress of students

· Carry out reporting tasks as requested by direct management.

· Supervise the arrangement of teaching schedules for teachers (based on teaching effectiveness and suitability for each class)

· Monitor work schedules of academic teams at the facility and participate in periodic staff evaluations

· Supervise and promote the implementation of extracurricular activities for students organized at the facility

Requirements:

1/. Background

– University degree in education, psychology or management. (Preferred)

– Have IELTS 7.0 certificate or C1 certificate, TESOL or equivalent international diplomas and certificates (Required).

2/. Attitude:

– Have a positive attitude towards working hard, as well as growth.

– Willing to openly communicate on issues.

– Passionate about learning, willing to update and challenge your own knowledge.

– Solution-oriented.

– Proactive mindset.

3/. Skills:

– Proficient in both oral and written English.

– Ability to analyze and design a course structure and curriculum.

– Organizational skills, especially in regards to leading projects and chairing meetings.

– Ability to communicate directly and clearly.

4/. Experiences:

– Drafting class material, lectures or classroom management for at least 02 year or more. Priority to experience in IELTS, PTE or Cambridge. (Preferred)

– Priority is given to candidates who have worked at schools or English Centers.

– Priority is given to having experience as a team leader or higher.

5/. Be able to work on weekends (days off will be on weekdays)

6/. Be willing occasionally work outside of working hours in case of urgent situations
