Overview:

This role focuses on researching and meeting customer learning needs, promoting educational programs, and supporting student engagement at an academic center. Daily tasks involve identifying customer needs, inputting data, providing guidance on training programs, and tracking student progress. Weekly, the role updates knowledge of incentive programs, supports student care, and attends English classes. Monthly, it involves managing student retention, reporting on performance, and surveying competitor activities and marketing efforts. The role also collaborates on extracurricular events and feedback collection to improve customer satisfaction and program loyalty as needed.

Gross salary :

– From 8 mil or more

Age:

– From 22 ys – 35 ys

Daily:

· Research and determine the learning needs of customers, academic institutions and businesses;

· Actively seek and build customer sources through Data and all online, offline and telephone channels, combined with the Center’s marketing activities, and input into CRM as needed.

· Directly approach, introduce and advise customers on training programs at our facilities;

· Work with AM to get additional support for level testing with FTs and SAs as needed

· Understand the training program and class schedule clearly, coordinate with relevant departments to advise students;

· Input information into CRM and track customer data systematically.

· Take care of customer profiles, plan trial invitations and finalize fees to ensure enrollment goals are met;

· Report daily work and enrollment status to the Director and manager

· Follow student’s learning process closely during the first month, and provide feedback to SAs

Weekly:

· Research, grasp and fully update and the Center’s incentive programs;

· Customer care throughout the process of consultation, introduction, appointment, reminder, coordinate with SAs to focus on trial students so that students can quickly integrate into their classes in a more positive way.

· Monitor students’ learning status and provide students care services in the 1st month and special cases.

· Attend English class at least once a week in order to improve English, and be familiar with the course.

Monthly:

· Responsible for student turnover and student renewal rate of the entire facility

· Report KPIs at monthly meeting. Discuss results and future projections.

· Plan a survey (online + offline) of competitors’ past and ongoing marketing activities, and conduct a survey of actual marketing activities at the deployment location.

· Responsible for managing marketing items (POSM) at the Center, coordinating with relevant departments to inspect, survey and carry out construction of all types of POSM at the center – ensuring progress & quality construction.

· Record and compare monthly expenses with the accounting department to ensure the team’s expenses are recorded correctly and promptly.

As Needed:

· Coordinate to learn and provide the marketing department with information about the market, needs, and feedback from customers and competitors in a constructive spirit;

· Coordinate with other departments to organize extracurricular activities, festivals and other activities of the Center.

· Work with other departments to develop student loyalty or student satisfaction programs.

Requirements:

– College or University degree

– Have IELTS 6.0 certificate (Required).

– Proficient in both oral and written English.

4/. Experiences:

– At least 01 year experience at course consultant

5/. Be able to work rotating shift and on weekends (days off will be on weekdays)
