Overview:

This role involves teaching according to the center’s curriculum, preparing lessons, and providing support to students both in-class and online. Daily responsibilities include greeting students professionally, adhering to dress codes, and engaging in online discussions during admin hours. Weekly tasks include attending meetings, raising student progress issues, and leading or participating in training and workshops. Monthly duties involve proposing improvements to teaching methodologies. The role also includes reporting lesson plan errors, student behavioral issues, and learning challenges to the appropriate departments, contributing to curriculum development, and collaborating with the Marketing department to create content and teaching videos to enhance the center’s offerings.

Age:

– From 25 ys – 35 ys

Daily:

· Teaching according to the Center’s curriculum

· Prepare lessons for their classes

· Greet students in a friendly and professional manner

· Adhere strictly to company dress code.

· During admin hours, participate in online discussions, and respond to student questions on LMS.

· Develop material, and be available to support with placement tests and filming for LMS content.

Weekly:

· Attend weekly meeting.

· Raise student progress issues at weekly meeting.

· Trainings and workshops.

· Lead/host trainings and workshops.

· Be open to being observed on a regular basis by management and colleagues, and act on feedback provided.

Monthly:

· Attend monthly meeting.

· Propose teaching methodology that they believe would be superior to current offering.

As Needed:

· Report errors in lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations to AM.

· Report student behavioral issues to AM.

· Report students with learning issues to student’s SA and AM.

· Participate with the academic department in researching, developing and modifying the learning program to suit the practical situation, improving the learning quality of students.

· Participate in contributing ideas with Marketing dept. for content and advertising videos.

· With the Marketing department to create quality teaching videos for the Center.

Requirements:

1/. Background

– University degree

– Have IELTS 7.0 certificate (Required).

3/. Skills:

– Proficient in both oral and written English.

4/. Experiences:

– At least 01 year experience at English teacher
