Overview:
This role is primarily responsible for providing front-line customer service and support at the center. Daily tasks include greeting students professionally, answering inquiries from both students and walk-ins, and ensuring that the center’s image standards are upheld. Weekly and monthly responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Assistant Manager (AM). The role also involves coordinating with student advisors (SAs) and customer care (CC) teams to manage scheduling requests, develop study plans for new students, and handle any issues that arise, reporting these to management as needed.
Daily:
- Act as receptionists and welcome all students warmly and professionally.
- Receive calls in a professional and standardized manner.
- Answer inquiries from students and walk-ins.
- Ensure that the centre image standards are being met.
Weekly:
- Monitor and report KPIs to AM during weekly meeting.
Monthly:
- Monitor and report KPIs to AM during monthly meeting.
As Needed:
- Receive scheduling requests from students, and coordinate with SAs to deal with them as needed.
- Coordinate with SAs and CCs to develop first month’s study plan schedule for new students.
- Record, process and report to direct management on issues related to students.
Requirements:
1/. Background
- College or University degree
- Have IELTS 5.0 certificate (Required).

3/. Skills:
- Proficient in both oral and written English.
- Ability to communicate directly and clearly.
4/. Experiences:
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked at customer service postition
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked at schools or English Centers.
- Be able to work rotating shift and on weekends (days off will be on weekdays)
