Accountant Cum Administrative Officer

Reports To:
General Accountant
Tasks:
- Manage assets, facilities, and working equipment at the Company;
- Make purchases/repairs, be responsible for monitoring and managing the Company’s assets and equipment
- Work with relevant agencies on the Company’s legal and administrative procedures
- Organize event programs as required by superiors
- Monitor and implement fire prevention and fighting, occupational safety and hygiene at the Company
- Summarize periodic reports as assigned by management
- Carry out payment procedures according to regulations
- Draft and control relevant documents of the enterprise;
- Perform accounting operations and daily revenue and expenditure reports of the enterprise;
- Allocate documents, check the reasonableness and legality of accounting documents, tax declarations, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports;
- Timely update information on relevant Laws;
- Enter cash amounts and report to general accounting.
- Store transaction documents, documents, and accounting books according to regulations.
- Implement cash fund receipts and expenditures as approved by the Director.
- And undertake other tasks as requested by the General Accountant and Director.
Requirements:
- College degree or higher in Accounting, treasurer
- At least 01 years of experience as a treasurer or accountant.
- Experience in general administrative work.
- Knowledge of cash fund management, revenue-expenditure processes, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English at work, priority given to candidates with good English skills.
