Tasks:
- Teaching English according to the Center’s curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching plans with specific learning goals.
- Follow student’s learning process closely and propose teaching methods when necessary to improve teaching quality.
- Participate with the academic department in researching, developing and modifying the learning program to suit the practical situation, improving the learning quality of students.
- With the Marketing department to create quality teaching videos for the Center.
- Participate in contributing ideas with Marketing dept. for contents and advertising video of Foreign Language Center.
- Participate in making videos to promote the image and teaching quality of the Foreign Language Center.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (outdoor activities, field trips, school activities, school workshops).
Requirements:
1/. Background
– University degree
– Have IELTS 7.0 certificate (Required).
2/. Attitude:
– Have a positive attitude towards working hard, as well as growth.
– Willing to openly communicate on issues.
– Passionate about learning, willing to update and challenge your own knowledge.
– Solution-oriented.
– Proactive mindset.
3/. Skills:
– Proficient in both oral and written English.
– Ability to communicate directly and clearly.
4/. Experiences:
– At least 01 year experience at English teacher
