MOU SIGNING CEREMONY WITH UNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDIES – UNIVERSITY OF DA NANG

This event marks long-term bilateral cooperation, emphasizing the role of training and developing human resources in the Central region for the socio-economic development of the whole country

 

Associate Prof., Dr. Tran Huu Phuc – Rector of the University of Foreign Language Studies – University of Da Nang, inaugurated the ceremony with an overview presentation about the institution. He stated: With outstanding strengths in training and proficiency testing in various languages ​​(English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean,…), training high-quality human resources with excellent language skills, the University of Foreign Language Studies – University of Da Nang has affirmed its position in the national education system and is a place to nurture talented young generations to serve the country’s economy.

 

“This is a highly significant event that marks the beginning of a long-term cooperation between the University of Foreign Language Studies – University of Da Nang and PTEAPAC,” shared Associate Prof., Dr. Tran Huu Phuc.

 

 

Ms. Ngo Phuong Linh – Chairperson of PTEAPAC, stated at the ceremony: “This signing ceremony serves as the foundation and precursor for future steps. We hope to receive support and assistance from the University of Foreign Language Studies – University of Da Nang in PTEAPAC’s development strategies to cultivate human resources in the Central region market.”

 

The ceremony also witnessed the presence of Mr. Nguyen Phi Long (Phillip Nguyen) – Director of PTEAPAC. He believes that Da Nang will continue to prosper and emerge as a major financial center in Vietnam. This is because Da Nang has become the destination for many large brands such as Lotte Duty-Free, Nike, Burger King, Popeyes, etc., through the cooperation and distribution network of the Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG).

In his speech at the signing ceremony, Mr. Roderick Glass – CEO of PTEAPAC, delivered a concise presentation on the company’s development strategy, vision, and short-term to long-term goals. He mentioned that the company has been collaborating with TAFE NSW (the largest vocational education institution in Australia) to jointly develop vocational skills training programs and English training & testing programs organized by the University of Foreign Language Studies, aiming to create an ‘educational tourism’ pathway connecting Central Vietnam with developed countries around the world.

He also announced that PTEAPAC Company Limited will launch its first English training center at the Indochina Building, 74 Bach Dang, Da Nang in April 2024.

Finally, the MOU signing ceremony concluded successfully, marking an important milestone in PTEAPAC’s educational development journey!
