• Plan, create, publish, and share new content daily (text, images, video, code) to build customer connections, increase brand awareness, and engage the community.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media practices and technologies.
• Optimize company pages on each platform for better visibility.
• Monitor SEO and customer engagement, suggesting content optimization.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Capture and analyze social data/metrics to measure and refine campaign success.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure informative and appealing content.
• Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
